With the production of Txakoli Harizpe in 2010, a tradition was renewed in Ondarroa that dates back to its creation in 1327 and has been suspended for more than 120 years.
For the production of Txakoli Harizpe, we use our own grapes, selected and collected by hand at optimum ripeness, as well as the most modern production technology. We receive technical advice from Elena Garcia de la Peña, a winemaker with extensive and contrasted experience in the sector.
The combination of all these aspects, allows us to meet our aim to make the best txakoli year after year. Proof of this are the 89 points awarded to Txakoli Harizpe for the 2015 harvest in the prestigious Guía Peñin.
