The old house of Amunategi Mayor (1849) houses the multiple traditional uses of the Basque farmhouse. Its valley bottom is the marshes of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve. It is currently restored with the installation of a last generation winery. Among the rustic architectural elements, the rows of pilasters or colonnades that supported the vine trellises until the middle of the 20th century stand out and which contrast with the current structure of the vineyard.

Etxerriaga is an imposing farmhouse built on the ruins of a holy land belonging to Marabi, by the great-grandfather of the current owners in the 19th century. At present they have returned to restructure it, in its entirety, with the same materials that it was made. You can see the vineyards that are used for the production of txakoli. You can also visit the orchard where an important variety of vegetables and legumes are grown in a sustainable way.

Family winery with 8 hectares of vineyards. The Tower of Loizaga gives its name to the most powerful txakolis -Bigarren and Selección- for the most demanding palates. The winery also produces the txakoli ``Errota Zaharra`` in reference to the Valdibián mill, maintaining that historical relationship between the old flour producers of Bizkaia with the txakoli. The Gorka Izagirre project was born in the vineyard and is constantly evolving to achieve high-quality white wines, maintaining its identity and its origin from Bizkaia unchanged. In addition to making young txakolis, they make aging wines. As an example, in 2019 their txakoli ``42 Zura 2015`` was awarded as the best white wine at the Brussels World Competition.

They have been making txakoli since 1996. Their goal has always been to reinterpret tradition, to produce wines with great personality without losing sight of our roots. Their way of understanding the natural environment and viticulture, the autochthonous varieties and the uniqueness of the soils and microclimates of the vineyards, offer as a result a great variety of young and aged wines.

It is located in the only city in the Lordness of Bizkaia: Orduña. It is located in the place that, since the 16th century, was known as the Wineries Neighborhood. Its three vineyards wear names that tell stories: the first and oldest, Gure Ahaleginak, gives the winery its name; the second, Ostebi, from Basque mythology, means ``God of the celestial rain``. The third, on lands that were bought from a Marchioness, is the ``Marchioness' Vineyard``.

The Magalarte de Lezama winery was born 20 years ago as a result of the passion and work of a family of farmers who, today, have been making Txakoli in Bizkaia for more than 120 years. It is directed by the fourth and fifth generations: Iñaki and Andoni Aretxabaleta, who are helped by the family and workers in days of intense work. Both are part of the tasting committee of Txakoli de Bizkaia, a group of tasters in charge of ensuring the quality of the wines covered by this body.

Despite the fact that Zamudio has historically been a land covered with vineyards, this is the only winery that remains in the entire municipality. They maintain the tradition of their family, the wine cultural legacy that dates back to the mid-19th century. Today they are the 5th and 6th generation of txakoli-makers from Magalarte Zamudio, that is why they decided to always keep the winery in the municipality where they were born.

The great-grandparents of Francisco Uriarte, current manager of this winery located in the Eguskiza farmhouse, were pioneers in the planting of vineyards at the end of the 19th century. Today, the tradition of making txakoli is followed, combining it with modern oenological methods. This process results in fresh wines, with some sparkle and slight acidity.
