Egiaenea: 100% Ondarrabi Zuri Zerratia (Balmaseda) 13%Vol. Elaborated using the ripest sections of the Egia Enea vineyard of Balmaseda, based on precision viticulture and innovation in the vineyard criteria. The subsequent aging of the wine lees reinforces the fatty, ripe and vinaceous character of this txakoli. Aromatically complex, with spicy and balsamic hints, over a mineral background and light hints of lees. Its volume and completeness on the palate are accompanied by a good acidity which always keeps it fresh and lively on the palate. Will evolve favourably in bottles during the next 2-3 years.
