Bikandi Txakolina is located in the foothills of the Amboto Mountain, in Durango, in the District of Eguzkitza. It is dedicated exclusively to the elaboration of Txakoli, under the aegis of the Regulatory Council of Designation of Origin “Txakoli de Bizkaia – Bizkaiko Txakolina”.
The winery of recent construction (2008), is surrounded by vineyards, with which the Txakoli Bikandi 50 and Txakoli MS Bikandi are elaborated.
For the elaboration of our txakolis we have modern machinery, such pnematic press, refrigeration units, stainless steel tanks, fermentation under controlled temperature, cold maceration, soil filters, microfiltration for the bottling…
Our vineyard and winery respects the environment under an integrated production management. In this fashion, we safeguard the tradition of our ancestors in elaborating Txakoli in present times.
